Downstairs in the main house are the main living areas, which are all dual aspect. The sitting room has plenty of character with exposed stone walls, beamed ceiling and wooden floors. Comfort is provided by a large wood burning stove, plenty of seating and a 50 inch smart TV with English channels.
The kitchen and dining room is a generous space. In the centre there is a large dining table which seats eight. This room has double door access to both the front and rear gardens.
All essentials are included for dinning in, including a five burner gas cooker and electric oven. Other kitchen essentials include; coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, washing machine, dryer etc. This lovely and characterful space is perfect for enjoying time with family and friends.
The snug or reading room is a light-filled dual aspect room with comfortable seats. There is also a second smart TV and a selection of family board games.
The WC with toilet and hand wash basin completes the downstairs configuration.
